The fundraiser is to help offset the mandatory fundraiser fee of $150 per participant that’s due in May at the fitting/parent meeting. There is only one board per family. The fundraiser begins on April 1st. 

Fundraiser money is due at the Fitting/Parent Meeting.

          Wildkats – Monday, May 6th         Bengals – Wednesday, May 8th

Here’s how the fundraiser works:

  • Direct Support for Participants: The money raised will go directly to YOU. By participating in this fundraiser, you’re directly supporting your child(ren).You are only required to raise $150 per player for the league. At the end of the fundraiser, any money you raise above $150 will be used at your discretion for the additional costs of Bengals and WildKats. Any additional money does not go to league funds, and will not be turned in.
  • Get your Board: Download/screenshot Clear My Board Fundraiser a copy of the board to share with family and friends. 
  • Donation Options:  Ask family and friends to donate/sponsor a quantity of footballs/megaphones from rows on the board. They will donate the dollar amount represented by the amount of footballs/megaphones chosen. Families only need to complete one board. 

Example:  Sponsor three $10 megaphones and donate $30.  Sponsor one $5 football plus one $20 megaphone and donate $25.  

 

As people “buy” footballs/megaphones, cross them off digitally on the board and re-upload.

  • Spread the Word: We encourage you to share this fundraiser with your family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues. Feel free to use the Social Media Post or customize your own message to spread the word far and wide. Provide your sponsors with how they must pay you (ex: Venmo, cash, check).

Community Spirit: Our fundraiser is not just about raising funds; it’s about coming together as a community to support our young athletes. Your involvement and support mean the world to us and to the kids who dedicate themselves to this sport.
